I try to play it all over the fretboard using all open chords, only hitting the fingered notes. So a D(5th) would be a open B flat on the 5th fret. It's an interesting sound that you get that sounds like melody and chords together and can also be finger picked. Good luck, and please, send me any corrections in chords.
